Under the Intellectual Property Law (IPL), ownership over a written article and photographs belongs whoever is the author of the article and the photographer who took the pictures using his own camera, unless the same is waived in writing by the latter in favor of another. Any person who downloads, copy or publish such images for whatever purpose is an infringement to the Photographer's rights over his intellectual creation/property.
Consequently, ITSURA group of Photographers, in order to protect their rights prohibits the copying of their images at ITSURA Blog Magazine.
